The flying star for 2022 coincides with the original Luo Shu chart. Therefore, both the good and bad stars are strong for the year having support of the original Luo Shu.

Remedies

Reduce / remove Water and Wood elements in this sector to reduce the strength of Wood element (i.e. fish tank, potted plants, etc.)

Afflicted Stars - 5 Yellows: Centre (Earth Element)
Causes
Strongest affliction star in terms of negative energy. Must place in cures as it is in the most important sector of the house and is supported by the earth element of the period 8.
Brings about misfortunes, bad luck, lawsuits, accidents, serious illness, and even possibly death.

Important areas (i.e. function rooms, living/dining area, etc) of the house is located at this sector
Remedies
Do not disturb sector with digging, drilling, hammering, knocking, etc.
Minimise activities and keep this sector quiet if possible.
Remove Fire and Earth elements in this sector to reduce the strength of Earth element.

To activate for scholastic effects, items related to academic can be place in this sector, i.e. books, calligraphy brushes, etc.

Tai Sui (Northeast 2 - 52.5o - 67.5o)
Impact
Also known as the Grand Duke of Jupiter.
Each year is governed by a different Tai Sui.
In 2022, the Tai Sui will be in the NE2 (52.5o - 67.5o) Sector.
Afflicted person may suffer from setbacks, such as unstable luck for career and wealth, face obstacles or troubles in marriage, health issues, and/or even suffer from disasters.
Dos & Don'ts
Do not sit facing NE2.
Do not do any renovations or knocking in the NE2 Sector.
Keep noise level and activities low in the NE1 Sector.
It is okay to sit with the Tai Sui behind you (i.e. sit in NE2 facing SW2). This symbolises that one will get support from the Tai Sui.
Choose to get married, start a business, have a baby or hold a birthday party, etc, as celebrations minimise impact of Tai Sui.
Those who clashes with Tai Sui should pay attention to personal health and safety and avoid dangerous activities.
Do good deeds, be filial to elders, act prudently and behave calmly to improve your luck in the year of clash with Tai Sui.
A pair of Pi Yao can be introduced in the NE2 sector to appease the ruling Tai Sui.
Alternatively, you may want to carry the zodiac sign of your allies or secret friend with you to enhance your luck or as a cure for Tai Shui.
